Privacy Policy

Effective June 19, 2026

Overview

PressFront (“PressFront,” “we,” “us”) operates a multi-tenant web-to-print platform that gives commercial print shops a self-serve storefront, production management, and accounting integrations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

PressFront serves two kinds of people: the print shops (“tenants”) who use the platform to run their business, and the customers who place orders through a tenant’s storefront. For storefront orders, the tenant is the business you are contracting with; PressFront processes that data on the tenant’s behalf as described below.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the platform and fulfill print orders:

  • Account information — name, email address, organization, and role for staff and registered customers.
  • Order and quote data — product configurations, quantities, pricing, fulfillment details, and order history.
  • Uploaded files — the print-ready artwork and documents you submit for production.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation, amounts, and transaction identifiers, but we do not collect or store full card numbers.
  • Integration data — when a tenant connects QuickBooks Online, we sync customers, invoices, and payments; access tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser.
  • Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and basic analytics used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and tenant storefronts.
  • Process quotes, orders, payments, and production workflows.
  • Sync paid orders into a tenant’s management and accounting systems when enabled.
  • Provide customer and technical support.
  • Protect the platform, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with vendors who help us run the platform, only as needed to provide their service. These include payment processing (Stripe), database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase), hosting and content delivery (Vercel), and accounting sync (Intuit / QuickBooks Online, when a tenant connects it). Each provider processes data under its own terms and security commitments.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Tenant (print shop) responsibilities

When you place an order through a storefront, the print shop operating that storefront is the controller of your order and contact information and is responsible for its own privacy practices. PressFront acts as a processor for that data. Requests to access or delete storefront order data may be directed to the relevant print shop or to us at the contact below, and we will route them appropriately.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order and accounting records, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Uploaded production files are retained according to the operating tenant’s needs and may be removed when no longer required.

Security

We enforce tenant isolation in both application code and database row-level security, keep pricing and payments server-authoritative, and encrypt accounting tokens at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. See our Security page for more detail.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also decline non-essential cookies where that option is offered.

Children

The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
